The CLIA Welfare Association's Foundation Day 2026 is a landmark annual gathering that brings together CLIA members, their families, and well-wishers from across the entire country — in the legendary City of Joy, Kolkata.
This year's theme, "Kolkata Chalo", is a call to unity — a pilgrimage to one of India's most culturally rich cities, where we come together under the banner of अतिथि देवो भव: (Guest is God) to celebrate our shared journey, honour our achievements, and build lasting bonds of brotherhood.
The Dhono Dhanyo Auditorium — one of Kolkata's premier venues — will host an 11-hour programme of cultural performances, felicitation ceremonies, and the warmth of over 1,500 CLIA members gathered as one family.

Official Payment Channels Only
Registration charges must be sent only through the official CWA App or CWA Account. Do not pay through any other channel or third-party app.
Non-Refundable, Transferable
Registration fees are non-refundable. However, your registration is transferable — you may transfer your seat to another CLIA member if you cannot attend.
Hotel Booking Responsibility
Hotel arrangements are the participant's responsibility. CWA Local Leaders will provide full support and guidance for hotel bookings across Kolkata.
QR Entry Process
After admin verifies your payment and approves registration, a QR-coded e-ticket is automatically generated. Show your QR code at the venue gate for entry on 13th August.
Registration Opens 1st June 2026
Registration officially opens on 1st June 2026. Seats are limited — register early to get your preferred seat category and position.
